Mary Helmey

Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, playful, and inclusive. My classes are intentional and rewarding, so you can expect to push yourself in ways you never thought possible while having the absolute best time of your life! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my emotional support water bottle OR queso, and my guilty pleasure is overpriced iced lattes. My friends would say I’m outgoing and as someone who has never met a stranger (let’s be friends!).
