Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating and engaging. My classes are invigorating and fun so you can expect a high-energy and welcoming environment for all levels to push themselves. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without caffeine and my guilty pleasure is curly fries. My friends would say I’m outgoing and friendly. I love meeting new people!
