Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be smart, fluid, and lively. My classes are dynamic, and provocative so you can expect an energetic and well-thought-out class focused on change. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, Chest, Back, and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is pop and remix.
On a personal note, I can’t live without respect, my guilty pleasure is Disney Land with my kids, and my friends would say I’m kind and caring but hard to pin down.
