Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, knowledgeable and bold. My classes are sweaty and fun so you can expect to be challenged with movements & encouraged to work harder. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop Edm.
On a personal note, I can’t live without family and my guilty pleasure is Reality TV – ALL reality TV 🙂 My friends would say I’m loyal and real with a dash of sarcastic humor.
