Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be high-energy, thorough, and GROOVY. My classes are hard and fun AF, so you can expect a workout that’s a helluva good time – so much so you won’t even notice you’re getting your a** kicked. My favorite day of the week is Friday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is Drake.
On a personal note, I can’t live without family, my guilty pleasure is celebrity gossip, and my friends would say I’m the kind of gal who shows up and shows out.
