Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, motivating, and FUN! My classes are rewarding, effective, and allll the ENERGY so you can expect to leave the Red Room on a serious endorphin high! Pushing past your comfort zone while having the best time of your life! My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is All HYPE music- Hip Hop, Rap, EDM, Throwbacks, anything with a good beat drop! Think serious party vibes!

On a personal note, I can’t live without I’m a BIG family person and my guilty pleasure is dirty martinis, anything chocolate, and sleep! My friends would say I’m goal chasing, fun-loving, loyal AF, and always down for a party.
