Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, energizing and challenging. My classes are gritty and empowering, so you should expect fast-paced, high energy, boat-load of fun type of class that will leave you feeling extremely proud! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is anything with a beat drop you can feel in your chest. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without are my Sunday Fundays filled with food, football, family and friends. My guilty pleasure is rewatching Grey’s Anatomy for the 9th time and ordering ramen. My friends would say I am fiercely loyal and the ultimate hype woman.
