Three words to describe my teaching style would be strong. cool and concise, My classes are classic, fun and achievable so you can expect to feel like they are at a party at their friend’s house & then leave feeling accomplished. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is REMIXES.
On a personal note, I can’t live without 8 hours of sleep my guilty pleasure is side car donuts. My friends would say dependable, passionate and funny.
