Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be powerful, spunky, and encouraging. My classes are inclusive and fast-paced so you can expect a challenge to create your desired change. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, Full Body, Lower Focus, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my plants, my guilty pleasure is Senor Sisig, and my friends would say I’m always down for a good time, hella funny, and supportive.
