Get to know me
From a young age, health and fitness has been a huge part of my life. Growing up with four siblings, all in the fitness industry, things were always competitive. My older sister is a professional bikini competitor and after she introduced me to Barry’s, I was hooked. I took what I learned from being a client and transformed it into becoming the youngest Barry’s instructor at the age of 18.
My classes are designed towards one thing only — your improvement. They will bring out our competitive nature as we focus on achieving personal goals. The best part is, you’ll never lose me in class. I mean, come on, I’m a 6’7” ginger. Wait… did someone say dynamic mode?!
