Lukas Maki

Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, high energy, and innovative. My classes are fun, and challenging so you can expect to feel the hype of the music and get served with a little bit of sass. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, Full Body, Lower Body Focus, and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop and EDM…but I never forget about Shania, Taylor, or Joan (Jett). 

On a personal note, I can’t live without breakfast, my guilty pleasure is cookies, and my friends would say I’m loyal, honest, and fun (duh!).
