Livi Rose

Three words to describe my teaching style would be inclusive, uplifting, and challenging. My classes are energetic and fun, so my clients can expect a welcoming environment, high energy and enthusiasm, being coached with intentionality, and great music! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without sushi and my guilty pleasure is sending voice memos as texts :)! My friends would describe me as bubbly, supportive, and funny.
