Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, empowering, and educational. My classes are technical, and effective so you can expect to learn WHY you’re doing what you’re doing and how to make it better. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday and Thursday – I’m a lower body queen! My playlist genre of choice is pop.
On a personal note, my guilty pleasure is Tito’s vodka, and my friends would say I’m smart, energetic, and fun. Trust me – they’re right!
