Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, uplifting and encouraging.  My classes are empowering & challenging so you can expect my classes to be challenging but empowering and will leave you feeling like you can conquer anything. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is Hip hop & house.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog and my husband and my guilty pleasure is going to bed early. My friends would say I’m big hearted, spunky, and fiercely loyal.
