Three words to describe my teaching style would be playful, empowering and motivating . My classes are challenging and invigorating so you can expect to have so much fun you forget you’re working out. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without cheeseburgers and my guilty pleasure is I’m a sucker for a spicy marg. My friends would say I’m their unpaid therapist and challenge them to be the best version of themselves.
