Three words to describe my teaching style would be Motivational, Energetic, Supportive. My classes are Challenging yet Empowering, so you can expect a High energy and results driven, leaving you with the feeling like you can conquer the world! Because you can. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is pop and edm.

On a personal note, I can’t live without caffeine and my guilty pleasure is going for walks in the morning to buy overpriced Americanos . My friends would describe me as a caring and goofy ray of sunshine. I love to make people laugh!
