Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be charismatic, motivating, and a bit sassy. My classes are challenging, and fun so you can expect heavy beats, fast sprints, dance breaks, and to have an absolute blast. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, Chest, Back, and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is BANGERS (is that a genre?). Also, Britney Spears.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, Waffle; my guilty pleasure is folded chips; that extra crunch really gets me. And my friends would say I’m wildly sarcastic and obsessed with my dog.
