Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be inspiring, electric, and welcoming. My classes are sweat-filled & limit-pushing so you can expect to leave feeling accomplished – you’ll know you got at least 1% better. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Dance.
On a personal note, I can’t live without naps and my friends refer to me as the Duracell bunny because I’m always full of energy!
