Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, encouraging, challenging. My classes are challenging and entertaining so you can expect to achieve a new personal record while having a blast in the process. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop / house.
On a personal note, I can’t live without sleeping in and my guilty pleasure is chihuahuas. My friends would say I’m a super high energy positive guy who likes to dance.
