Kate Lemere

Three words to describe my teaching style would be technical, pragmatic, and direct. Like no fluff or BS, you know? My classes are educational, and effective so you can expect to know exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing and how to execute it flawlessly. My favorite day of the week is Friday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is rap. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without my wonderful family, my guilty pleasure is reading a book in bed while eating dessert, and my friends would say I’m the very definition of a Scorpio.
