Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, fun and charismatic. My classes are invigorating and rewarding so you can expect that I aim to deliver an invigorating workout experience, complete with upbeat music, to keep you smiling whether you’re sprinting on the treadmill or tackling burpees on the floor. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog and my guilty pleasure is online shopping. My friends would say I’m bubbly, playful, highly driven, incredibly loyal, and always ready to lend a helping hand.
