Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, funny and educational. My classes are effective and FUN so you can expect to feel challenged to push past their limits while being supported to do so. My favorite day of the week is Sunday, FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Soulful Pop/EDM Remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my cavapoo, Diggy and my guilty pleasure is fluffy bakery-style donuts. My friends would say I’m a real-life energizer bunny..
