Joseph Davies 

Growing up in a large, competitive family, it was a case of ‘anything they can do, I need to do better.’ This pushed me to live the most active life possible, which took me to America to work as a wakeboard instructor, climb mountains from Africa to Norway… I have skied almost anywhere and everywhere and surfed in Australia. When I was not having the time of my life exploring, you would have found me in the gym.

Five minutes into my first Barry’s class and I just knew that this place is exactly where I needed to be. I want to inspire everyone to be better than whoever they were yesterday and there is no better place than Barry’s to gain this inspiration.  Every single person who comes in and out of those Red Room doors is equally incredible.
