Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be non-stop, fearless, and passionate. My classes are powerful, and motivating, so you can expect to conquer your fears and crush your goals. My favorite day of the week is Friday – TOTAL BODY, and my playlist is full of all the songs you sing in the shower.
On a personal note, I can’t live without buffalo chicken and my guilty pleasure would be Disney movies (all of them). My friends would say I’m energetic, strong, and a total sweetheart.
