Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, inspiration and goals. My classes are inspiring and high energy so you can expect everyone to work hard as a family and as one. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is inspirational.
On a personal note, I can’t live without fitness and my guilty pleasure is cookies and ice cream:). My friends would say I’m high energy, genuine, and inspire others to be better everyday.
