Three words to describe my teaching style would be commanding, encouraging, and accessible. My classes are athletic and fun, so you can expect to leave class feeling like an athlete. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is electronic.
On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is peanut butter cookies. My friends would describe me as loyal and funny.
