Joe Nicastro

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, comedic, and powerful. My classes are grounded in the body, and uplifting in the mind.  Clients can expect to laugh during class and feel empowered on their way out the door. My favorite day of the week is Saturday, Full Body – Upper Focus and my playlist genre of choice are Britney and friends. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without free parking, my guilty pleasure is not paying for parking, and my friends would say I’m a big thighed comedian with a taste for Pringles and rotisserie chicken.
