Jessie Alegría

Three words to describe my teaching style would be high energy, attentive, and inclusive. My classes are fun, and empowering so you can expect a club-like party paired with athletic programming that is a challenge and accessible to all. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, Chest, Back, and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop with a Latin kick. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without my community, my guilty pleasure is a spicy margarita or a fresh pair of sneakers, and my friends would say I’m a total empath, driven, goofy as hell, and always down for a dance party.
