Three words to describe my teaching style would be happy, positive, and technical. My classes are motivating, energetic, and form-focused. You should expect a fun and supportive yet challenging workout that will push you to your limits! My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY, and my playlist is a mix of Latin music.
On a personal note, I can’t live without hugs, and my guilty pleasure is any and all baked goods. My friends would describe me as enthusiastic.
