Three words to describe my teaching style would be clear, concise, AND efficient. My classes are programmed to incredible music and are upbeat so you can expect to tap into your inner badass and push yourself. My favorite day of the week is Thursday Abs and Ass – I love utilizing small movements that make a big impact. My playlist genre of choice is DANCE with a little bit of Bruno Mars. 

On a personal note, my friends would say I’m energetic, intentional, and fun…and I gotta say, I agree!
