Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, energetic, and inspiring. My classes are hard but FUN, so you can expect to find your personal best and carry that Barry’s loving energy with you as you embark on the rest of your day. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, Chest, Back, and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is throwbacks, house, EDM, and country remixes. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without dancing, my guilty pleasure is Taco Bell, and my friends would say I’m a die-hard loyal friend, the life of the party, and ALWAYS full of love in my heart.
