Get to know me

I grew up in rural Ontario, but I’ve lived in three provinces and 6 countries since then. Living in so many different places has inspired be to be super diverse in how I stay fit. I have a background in competitive sports, including ice hockey, rowing, and marathon running. I’ve worked as a ski instructor, university rowing coach, and spin instructor, and I currently teach elementary school. I discovered Barry’s randomly at a pop-up event where I was invited as a +1, and I was instantly hooked. In my class you’ll find clear instructions, with consistent, excellent programming. I love to groove, so my music spans everything from throw-back jams to progressive house.
