Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating, and educational. My classes are fun and challenging, so you can expect great music, great energy, and will learn a lot, while getting that motivational push for that extra rep in. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is rock.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my flavored sparkling water and my guilty pleasure is broadway musical soundtracks. My friends would describe me as ambitious, loves a full plate (primarily life activities but also food).
