Three words to describe my teaching style would be uplifting, connected, and empowering. My classes are community driven and high-energy, so you can expect a fun, energetic classes where progress and people unite! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS FOCUS and my playlist is a mix of EDM, Pop, Trap.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my family and my guilty pleasure is rewatching Gossip Girl. My friends would describe me as talkative.
