Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be personable, uplifting, and attentive. My classes are challenging and groovy, so you can expect a meticulously crafted program and a playlist to match. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, Abs, and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is dance.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Fleetwood Mac, my guilty pleasure is disco-themed anything, and my friends would say I’m an Aries sorted into Ravenclaw with music-snob tendencies.
