Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be inspiring, supportive, and motivating. My classes are positive and energetic so you can expect a safe space to push yourself and be yourself. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday – FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Real Housewives and my guilty pleasure is music. My friends would say I’m motivational, musically inclined, authentically myself, and always talks like a friend.
