Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be precise, fun-loving, and energetic. My classes are pretty much a giant dance party, so you can expect to work out with perfect form in a nightclub setting. My favorite day of the week is Monday, Arms, and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is Disco/House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Shake Shack, my guilty pleasure is Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies fresh from the oven, and my friends would say, “She’s our friend, and she’s crazy!” – Dustin from Stranger Things.
