Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, encouraging, and energetic. My classes are challenging, and rewarding so you can expect a high-energy workout and a great playlist to push you through the final sprint. My Red Room experience is motivating – not intimidating. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, Chest, Back, and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Starbucks, my guilty pleasure is buffalo wings, and my friends would say I’m always trying to steal the attention of your dog.
