Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, energetic, and creative. My classes are funky and fresh so you can expect you will sweat, smile and swear through my class. . My favorite day of the week is FRIDAY FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is house and hiphop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without food and my guilty pleasure is ice cream. My friends would say I am motivating, knowledge, friendly, ambitious, creative.
