Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, thoughtful, and clear. My classes are technical, and joyous so you can expect an encouraging and inclusive experience with a unique playlist that helps you reach your peak performance. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is pop and EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music, my guilty pleasure is margaritas and fish tacos, and my friends would say I’m most like Bubbles from the Power Puff Girls.
