London born, I have always had a huge passion for fitness, functional training and bettering yourself. Having started personal training at 18 years old, I have taught a range of clients and backgrounds. I left my office job 2 years ago, joined Barry’s and never looked back! My attitude is simple, you will never live this moment again. So live it. I am here to bring the energy and positivity back into your training!
