Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be animated, intentional, and encouraging. My classes are challenging and high-energy, so you can expect to sweat, to dance, maybe sing but leave feeling accomplished! My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is Latin House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without headphones and my guilty pleasure is teen movies from 99 – 00’s. My friends would describe me as full of life, and always joking with a huge heart.
