I am a former elite kickboxer and boxer, but these days I study law full time. I am very passionate about training because I strongly believe that the human body was not designed to sit still. We need to work out in order to get the endorphins, vitality and stamina so that we are able to be best versions of ourselves. Not just in the gym or the Red Room, but in all aspects of life.
