Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, positive, and upbeat. My classes are energetic and music-oriented, so you can expect fast-paced and motivating instruction with beat drops in all the right places. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, Abs and Ass, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM and pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music, my guilty pleasure is Baskin-Robbins Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, and my friends would say I love a good high kick.
