Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating and intense. My classes are challenging, fiery and empowering, so you should expect to walk out feeling like you pushed yourself to that next level but also had a blast! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre is EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without caffeine, and my guilty pleasure is reality TV. My friends would say I’m loud, energetic, and always down for a good time.
