Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, passionate, and empowering. My classes are motivating and uplifting so you can expect you will find the strongest version of yourself in the Red Room. We run, lift, and sweat together. My favorite day of the week is Sunday – FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is everything! (If I have to choose one, hip hop).
On a personal note, I can’t live without the spiciest, spicy marg and my guilty pleasure is guacamole. My friends would say I’m a never say ‘no’ kind of gal – always up for anything with my best friends!
