Get to know me

Three words to describe my teaching style would be no-nonsense, feisty, and supportive. My classes are high energy so you can expect to work HARD while I drop into a dance break. My favorite day of the week is Friday, FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is anything with a good bass.

On a personal note, I can’t live without wine and my friends would say I’m like a military barbie apparently?
