Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat, energetic and silly. My classes are pop heavy and lively so you can expect structured with classic Barry’s favorites built around a pop lover’s soundtrack. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without cold brew and my guilty pleasure is The Real Housewives. My friends would say describe me as positive, hilarious, and driven.
