Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, impactful, and educational. My classes are challenging and  energetic so you can expect to leave the workout feeling inspired to be better than the day before. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is EDM/Remixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Pizza and my guilty pleasure is Sour Candy. My friends would say I’m encouraging, direct and hard working! Also love to have fun!
