Three words to describe my teaching style would be Fiery, Inclusive, Fun. My classes are Challenging and Energizing, so you can expect a fun, challenging 50 minutes and to walk out feeling like a badass. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Girly Pop & Late 90’s/Early 00’s Remixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without is my PS5 and my guilty pleasure is diet dr pepper. My friends would describe me as a touch of gay chaos and passionate about everyone feeling seen and included.
